Renewal Process:
Idaho Electrical License Renewal
- License Renewal Periods
All electrical licenses are valid for three years from the issue date.
Continuing Education Requirements:
Journeyman and Master Electricians:
Complete 24 hours of approved continuing education every three years.At least 8 hours must be focused on Code Update training.
The remaining 16 hours can be any mix of Code Update, Code-Related, or Industry-Related courses.
