Maryland Electrical License Renewal
- License Renewal Periods
- All Maryland electrical licenses are valid for 2 years from the date they are issued.
- Continuing Education Requirements
Master Electricians:
- 10 hours of continuing education every two years.
At least 5 hours must be completed in person through classroom instruction.
Journeyperson Electricians:
5 hours of continuing education every two years.
All 5 hours can be completed online.
